UK Domestic Shipping
Every order item will be received from manufacturing and personally checked, and items will be individually accounted for. Once each item within an order is accounted for, sorted, packaged and made ready to be shipped. It will be confirmed with the client/ recipient and sent off accordingly within the next working days.
International Shipping
International shipping will follow the same rules as UK Domestic shipping. Every order item will be received from manufacturing and personally checked, and items will be individually accounted for. RETURNS
Return Cost
Return Costs are paid by the client when sending an item or items back, whether due to unseen damage, incorrect size, colour, or a general mishap. The cost will be the same as the original sending/ shipping price, or by a selected courier or method of their choosing.
30 Days to Return
Full refunds will be issued if the products are returned within the 30-day return window. If the items, such as Gi’s, Belts, Mits or Shin and Instep protectors, are washed before use or returned by the customer, a difference in refund charge may be applied based on the severity of product reuse.
